SIA "KORO BŪVE" construction company was established in 2001.
The company undertakes:
•construction management;
•monolithic and prefabricated concrete construction;
•concrete floor construction;
•floor and star covering;
•power structure construction.
We work across Latvia, Baltic States and Scandinavia. Our team consists of certified project and construction managers with an extensive experience in variety of construction projects.
The company works on the basis of the Intergrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
We focus on providing quality construction services, ensuring sustainable work practices, complying with the construction safety standards and guidelines, in accordance with established principles, including the legislative, economic, social, technological, environmental and work safety aspects.
Company's aim is to provide high quality contstruction services that are technologically appropriate to our clients' and legislative requirements.
Koro Būve Integrated Management System has been developed for work in a general construction practice.

Information for whistleblowers
On May 1, 2019 the Whistleblowing Law (hereinafter – the Law) came into effect with the purpose of reinforcing the protection of whistleblowers and promote whistleblowing on violations in public interests. The Law defines what a whistleblower is, how whistleblowing will be possible, and also defines the basic requirements for consideration of the whistleblower report. The Law stipulates the rights to anyone to submit whistleblower report using the mechanisms, provided for by the Law.
§ Whistleblowing Law is a special legal framework, which has been developed to encourage whistleblowing and ensure adequate protection of whistleblowers.
§ Whistleblowing is a way of timely noticing and preventing violations in the fields of responsibility of various institutions by involvement of representatives of the public.
§ Whistleblowers shall report violations, which are related to possible harm to interests of public importance.
§ A whistleblower shall provide information, which he/she has acquired by performing job responsibilities or otherwise, working in a company or institution, in which the violation has taken place. Thus the whistleblower, by informing of certain facts and involved persons, may provide significant contribution to discovering and preventing of violations, which cause harm to public interests, as they are able to professionally assess the situation and, if inadequate action is observed, to understand the threat that it may cause.

Reports, submitted electronically without secure electronic signature, shall be considered by ensuring protection of identity of the person, on whose behalf the report has been submitted, but the status of the whistleblower shall not be granted to the submitter.
The application shall have an indication that this is a whistleblower report.
